Charles Kamine


Chuck has over 40 years of experience and expertise in Estate Planning and Probate Administration matters as well as Tax, Real Estate and Business law.

Chuck serves on the Cincinnati Bar Association’s Grievance Committee and is the former Chair of the Grievance Committee, the Real Property Law Committee, and the Young Lawyer’s Section. He has been a speaker at numerous continuing legal education courses on probate, real estate and professional responsibility. He is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Chuck has been recognized with Martindale-Hubbell’s AV Preeminent™ Rating, a peer review rating indicating the highest ethical standards and professional ability.

Chuck graduated from Brandeis University and University of Denver College of Law. He has served as a Board Member and Board President for numerous non-profits. He is an active volunteer with the Community Learning Center Institute. Chuck was elected to Amberley Village Council and served for 12 years, including six years as the Mayor. He also served on Amberley Village’s Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals.



Ronald Schilling, Of Counsel


Ron’s practice focuses on Estate Planning and Taxes.

Ron worked for Fifth Third Bank in its trust department as an Estate Tax Administrator and Trust Officer. He has taught the Gift and Estate Tax course at the University of Cincinnati College of Law, and tax procedure and real estate law for the University of Cincinnati Continuing Education Program.



Elida Kamine


Elida focuses her practice on representing businesses of all sizes in a variety of corporate and transactional capacities, most notably in commercial contract review, drafting, and negotiation, corporate formation and governance, and intellectual property licensing. She also helps businesses with due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, employment, and new media and intellectual property matters. She serves as outside General Counsel to several small businesses. In addition, Elida also provides individual advisory services such as will drafting and real estate contract review and negotiation, and advises on campaign finance, election law, and advocacy.

A Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Brandeis University, Elida earned her law degree from New York University School of Law and then practiced at one of the largest law firms in New York City and at the largest law firm in Cincinnati. She also worked as Chief of Staff for a Cincinnati City Councilmember.

Elida is a former Councilmember in Amberley Village, is an appointed member of the Hamilton County Law Library Resources Board, serves as a Board Member of the Cincinnati Bar Association, is the Chair of the CBA's Small/Solo Committee, and is a Vice President of the Board of the Jewish Federation of Cincinnati. Elida is the recipient of the Cincinnati Business Courier’s “40 Under 40” Award and a graduate of the Cincinnati Bar Association’s CALL leadership program.
